Detailed Description
I’m Michal, a confectioner and cake designer. In addition, I instruct professional workshops in cake designing. If you’re interested in learning different whipping cream techniques, so you could design cakes on your own, join me on one of my workshops. Every participant designs his own cake, and takes it home with him.
