In these complex days, when we are in a never-ending race, my vision is to make yoga accessible to everyone. Vinyasa yoga advocates practicing from where you are.If your body wishes to stretch and relax, your mind to calm and let go and you feel it is time for change, I will be happy to take you on a journey in the practice of yoga.
